it was in normal mode! in quiet, it's definitely louder than stock, but I'd say only like 20%-30% louder? definitely didn't increase the startup to a point where my neighbors would hate me

exactly, if you're tracking it or racing it, traction control is turned off usually (through track mode or just manually turned off by user). the tires will spin out of control with that much power. OP mentioned track, so assumption is track mode is on and TC is off

Late to this thread but I just got the borla switch fire installed in the s type catback for the dark horse and it sounds really good. Both the switchfire and the catback are expensive but I would highly recommend it
