Well the belief is that the tune will eventually be unlocked, just not sure when it’ll be unlocked. Still would not advise anyone buy a kit that they can’t tune though.

Pro charger has their kits up on dealer sites but they’re shown up without tunes, so I believe you can buy the kit, just no tune, so probably not worth it.
