yes though the underside bits may be different such as the crash bar and some bracketry but more than likely direct bolt on.

I have the traps out and you will hear the blades open creating a hisss whoosh sound. If you take the lids off the filters you hear even more sound and more so if you are running an open intake like the dark horse or the mp concepts grille which has no mesh at all. Depends on the dealer there...
