  1. Window Tint

Quite simply, if they want to pull you over, they'll find a reason to.
  2. For those interested in side skirts, here's an alternative -

They look like they fit nice, I’m just not a fan of the glossy black. If they were matte and matched the existing skirts, I’d be all over it.
  3. I don't want to buy something I can't use!

This is the one that I have. Seems to work fine and was one that I believe was listed on Forscan's website as being recommended.
  4. Replacement Sun Visor

I got a set of visors from a guy on another forum for like $150 I think. Install was easy. Unbolt, unplug, reverse process with new visor.
  5. Valentine One Radar Detectors

I’ve never had a problem myself, but I cannot remember ever trying to call them either. I usually just order off their website or blindly send my v1 to them with a note asking for a tune-up along with my cc#. Orders off their website are usually shipped quickly and I can't remember ever waiting...
  6. Valentine One Radar Detectors

Well, I've been running V1's for probably 20yrs now so I'm maybe a little bit biased in my opinion; and you'd be hard pressed to get me to consider anything different. I currently have 3 of the Gen 2 V1's, and while the original V1 was great (I still have 2 of them), IMO the Gen 2 V1 puts the...
  7. Steeda low profile jacking rails… yes or no?

And how does one go about getting a spacer kit when they purchased the jacking rails before the spacers were available?
  8. Removal of OEM manual shift knob

Nope, no trick. The titanium one in my DH just unthreaded.
  9. Who has replaced their manual transmission shift boot?

I haven't replaced my shift boot, but did have a similar issue when I installed a Barton short throw shifter. The two piece retainer was no longer used and had to be completely removed from the boot, which is now held in place with a ziptie that fits into a groove in the new shifter. I may...
  10. S650 Dark Horse – Heavy Rain → Dead Battery, Fogged Windows, Damp Carpet

Just a guess, but it sounds like you need the 25C43 Water Intrusion Recall done.
  11. Stalling wear on clutch

My advice would be to forget about the accelerator and simply have him practice letting the clutch out slowly. Focus on one task at a time. The car is going to add some RPM on its own when the clutch starts coming out and it's typically enough to keep it from stalling.
  12. CarPlay issue resolved in latest update

Yeah, I don't know if it's going to resolve the issue or not, but it never hurts to keep things updated. It could be a problem with Ford's implementation of CarPlay also. My car is in storage for the winter so I can't check, but Ford does update Sync from time to time as well. Not something...
  13. Rock guards/splash guards

I have these on my DH https://www.topflightautomotive.com/products/seventh-generation-2024-2025-ford-mustang-xl-extended-front-rear-mud-flaps-matte-black-set-of-4-eos/ They're probably the same thing as the eBay ones....
  14. Question about center display

I think it has something to do with Apple CarPlay. My car is in storage until April or May, but supposedly the latest update for CarPlay allows you to change the background images.
  15. Perimeter Plus Alarm Issues

No issues here. I installed it this past summer on my 24 Dark Horse.
  16. Redtiger Christmas: Up to 40% Off + Extra $10 Coupon at Official Site

So, what am I missing here...? The prices aren't quite matching up.
  17. X-Pipe vs H-Pipe vs Double-X-Pipe vs Double-H-Pipe vs X-Pipe With H-Pipe vs H-Pipe with X-pipe

There was one posted a while back https://www.mustang7g.com/forums/threads/inside-stock-resonator.164105/post-3385152
