  1. MY24.5 Lane Centering, Window & Puddle Light Issues – Anyone Else?

I can give you few examples. Sometime (for me it's most of the times!) you don't open it for yourself, but you open it for someone else exiting the car and collecting the luggage, in example. It would be very annoying to "coordinate" the opening or leaving the other person to find the button...
  2. MY24.5 Lane Centering, Window & Puddle Light Issues – Anyone Else?

Not only that, in my garage, where I usually store my cars, I have a a shelf running along the wall, if I fully open the trunk, it touches it. It would be super annoying to have the boot opening completely on the button push.
  3. MY24.5 Lane Centering, Window & Puddle Light Issues – Anyone Else?

The issue isn't with the boot, but the superlight bonnet, which looks like to fly away at high speed (it doesn't but gives that feel), but it was a thing on the S550 too.
  4. I can not decide of which exhaust to go with

Exhaust mufflers (or complete exhaust system) is different than just a midpipe (resonator deleting), the difference in sound note can be very different. On a thing I agree, Borla lives of its name (hence the price), but it delivers!
  5. I can not decide of which exhaust to go with

You mean the borla switchfire? It still a resonator deleting, supercharged or not (which will add the "whine") it will not change much differently than a standard GT with a x/h-pipe from other brands.
  6. I can not decide of which exhaust to go with

Why not? The midpipe is nothing than a tube. What people doesn't know is that also the stock resonator is just a tube, but with holes (and a chamber around it). It has no technical function than reducing the exhaust noise.
  7. PCM module - block numbers have changed

Unless it's your first time with FORSCAN (first time created a profile), try to delete the current profile and create a new one. As said when I had a similar issue, it was the cable, but you deffo using my same (new) cable, so I doubt it's it.
  8. PCM module - block numbers have changed

So it's not the cable... What does it show in the PCM Module Configuration tab?
  9. PCM module - block numbers have changed

Probably because of your interface, I had the same issue (I was using an old OBD interface), then bought the "right" one and many other modules (and contents) appeared. What does it show in the PCM Module Configuration tab? This...
  10. Cruise control speed limit override

Afaik, when the limiter is on, you can override the limit only by a certain percentage (I don't even remember what is it.. 5% or such), so turning it off will eventually ignore the road limits and the cruise control will use your set speed (as said I never tried). Mine defaults to "on" because...
  11. Cruise control speed limit override

Not sure about this: if you're driving along a road with the cruise control set to a certain speed, I'm pretty confident that if the speed limit (with sign recognition) is ON and the max speed of that road is lower than the set speed, the cruise control will auto-adapt to that speed. Between the...
  12. Cruise control speed limit override

Yeah, it's EU safety rating idiocy... it defaults to "ON" every time you start the car (hence you have to disable it every time). Once you pass the speed limit set for a road, it start to warn you about it (visually and by sound), again and again and again.
  13. Cruise control speed limit override

I do that as part of my starting procedure, otherwise the car will beep at me constantly because of speed limits. :) I don't know if it affects the cruise control at all (I don't use it), give it a try.
  14. I can not decide of which exhaust to go with

Going for a H-Pipe is already a way loud (if you don't have the active valves, it could be already an issue in calm areas or during the night), anything beyond that will certainly be "too loud". But it depends of what you mean with "too loud". It may be where I leave (Europe, countryside area)...
  15. Cruise control speed limit override

This happens even by double pressing the speed limit button (to disable it), before engaging the cruise control?
  16. "Hands on the Wheel" Alert 🤬

But what if you disable only the "CHIME" and/or you use another LA, like "LA LDW" or "LA Full..."? LDW: Lane Departure Warning LKA: Lane Keep Assist LKS: Lane Keep System/Support (same as LKA?) PS: yours is set to "B" you mean... not "8".
  17. Dark Horse (EU) RPM limiter on 10AT

I've did some research of why there's a 6800rpm limiter on 6th gear on 10AT, and potentially found the answer. In reality there's a limitation on every gear, and it's about the "10R Element Max Rotational Speed Limit" (this was a fact even in the S550, in fact it was tuned with modded cars) that...
  18. Dark Horse (EU) RPM limiter on 10AT

So now we know it's a thing of "everyone".. who know why. Yes it's annoying, because it confuses my shifting point (until you get accustomed of it). Maybe because it reaches the max torque sustained by the trasmission. Does anyone know if it's a thing of the manual as well? I mean in the manual...
  19. Dark Horse (EU) RPM limiter on 10AT

I have no problem in any of the cars I owned (mostly BMW and "recently" S550 and S650) to go over 250Km/h comfortably. However that's not the point of the discussion, we're not talking about daily driving, but about the car specs. PS: my Bullitt gone up to 273Km/h... not in ages.. pretty "fast"...
  20. Dark Horse (EU) RPM limiter on 10AT

As already mentioned, my Bullitt (EU) went up to 273Km/h (263Km/h on GPS), and it wasn't that "old". Also it doesn't even reach the top speed mentioned by Ford Europe (by few Km/h.. but hey..).
