  1. Unintended Result-------Tire Circumference

No idea, that's why I've asked. It refers to the tires circumference as well, but AFAIK the APIM is only responsible of the interface, so I don't know what's about... that's why I've asked if you know anything about it. Maybe it's the size of the wheels on the screen (I'm joking but you never...
  2. Unintended Result-------Tire Circumference

Reset the modules and it should work without throwing errors as those numbers will fall within the accepted numbers (unless they are different for any PCM, according to the original specs... but I don't think so). Mine (EU DH) is set to 0882 HEX. PS:do you know anything about the APIM module...
  3. Unintended Result-------Tire Circumference

There's two general rules: you can't use "too high" or "too low" numbers there, despite it accepting anything, there's certain limits (which are currently unknown for a specific car). Second thing, you have to reset the PCM and TCM modules to have them "re-learn" the new circumferences or there...

Overall attention when you change a "value" with another "value". It's not always, set it to "X" (where X is the value used by someone else). Those addresses are bytes, words, longwords (talking about programmers nomination), when you change a "byte" (a value), most of the times, you gonna...
  5. EU - Sequential turn signals (lights)

I was thinking to enable the sequential (dynamic) turn signal on my EU via ForScan (easy job). I know that some people (imported) did the opposite. So get documented about the law and didn't found anything specific. First dynamic turning signals (as they are called here in EU) aren't illegal...
  6. 2024 Mustang FORScan List / Database / Spreadsheet (by Livinitup)

So we have the same tire circumference. I'm gonna decrease it by 15% to see if it's accepted by the ECU (you have the reset the PCM and TCM modules to have them re-learn the new data). A little pain as your have to verify with the GPS speed if anything have changed... all this trying to hit...

On that point, can you tell me what's your "number" about the wheels circumference? Mine is set to: 726-15-01 C104 0163 0874 726-15-02 8249 4453 0882 HEX = 2.178mm (275/40/19 wheels are near that: 2.207mm)

Btw I said "diameter", I really meant "circumference".
  9. 2024 Mustang FORScan List / Database / Spreadsheet (by Livinitup)

In a couple of days... however, reading above it should work, so I do not expect surprises. Another crazy thing I wanted to test, is to change the wheels diameter with the purpose of tricking the speed limiter (yes the speedometer will gives back the wrong speed) to obtain a higher *real* top...
  10. 2024 Mustang FORScan List / Database / Spreadsheet (by Livinitup)

Everything matches with what I was going tro try (thanks!), so I'm more confident. I assume the change to interface modules worked correctly in the car config? You can enable/disable it via the dashboard now?
  11. 2024 Mustang FORScan List / Database / Spreadsheet (by Livinitup)

Did a scan in the BCM module and it seems they have translated the address for the auto-lock. Could someone with a working autolock and active (the function that will lock the doors after a certain speed, so I guess any US car) could check and report this address values for me please? 726-19-02...

You sure you enabled it on the S550 EU? Because I remember to have looked at it.. and didn't found a solution. I would be interested... well, about the S650 now.
  13. S650 Mustang V8 to Get Ford Performance Calibrations (Tune)

Try do drive in a city like Naples, ad you'll figure what I mean. And why passing with a red light is someway accepted (even by those with the green light and by police!) in some intersections (I don't mean high speed ones) because it helps the traffic flow and to self-regulated (the traffic...
  14. Too Many Issues for a New Car?

The parking brake is electric.. just saying... 🤭
  15. Too Many Issues for a New Car?

Car "shacking" because it wants to move forward, but NOT moving, is a thing (a bad thing, but related to the gear and transmission). But the car actually moving (even by few inches) while the parking brake is engaged is different, and a major safety concern. That's why I've asked... to be sure...
  16. S650 Mustang V8 to Get Ford Performance Calibrations (Tune)

Brake checking here is like a putting you the shame, it's the worst thing you can do to prove your "superiority", so you rarely see it.. we tend to accelerate rather than slow down. :) We have two other annoying categories on the highway: those one which doesn't like to drive in the most right...
  17. What Mode do you prefer to drive in?

I didn't found a stock mustang that is good in a drag race, especially against AWD EU cars. But yes, that video is pathetic, the guy doesn't even know how to launch an AT10 mustang (but in other videos they doesn't know how to launch other cars as well.. so..).
  18. S650 Mustang V8 to Get Ford Performance Calibrations (Tune)

OT: being Italian, I know we're on a different scale. The traffic is chaotic and someway "self-regulated" instead of actually respect the law. But there's a difference, the main priority here is to avoid the incident, no matter what's in the right, and knowing that the everything could happen...
  19. Too Many Issues for a New Car?

I've seen in other posts that someone mentioned that the car is actually moving... that's my concern.
  20. Too Many Issues for a New Car?

None have replied to my question: are you leaving the car with the parking brake engaged and it moves when you turn on the engine? This couldn't happen, the safety rules on this matter are strict: the wheel cannot rotate by a millimeter, you can see the chassis moving because of the engine...
