Seems correct to me. So you enabled it, wrote it, and with the car on (engine running), by pressing in sequence (within 2 seconds): "unlock" and "lock" on the keyfob, it doesn't rev? If so.. I have no idea then!

You're making a mess with quotes.. fixed. :) No, you don't need another remote for the remote revving only, it's the UNLOCK > LOCK button sequence (with the engine running of course). But to start the car using the keyfob, yes, you need another one (see the thread linked above), the EU versions...

Replying to this for reference (if anyone will read this thread sometime in the future). The "7E0-02" address has been updated in the most recent versions of ForScan to (the proper one): 7E0-162 (and so 03 .. to 163). So the address for the remote rev is now: 7E0-162-04 More details here...
