These two things are what I've gathered from the forums over time: Start/Stop has been added back on all vehicles. Welcome and hazard lights in the rear are now sequential, instead of coming on all at once.

The more I look at this photo the more it starts to resemble a Dark Horse silhouette. The rear wing has the shape. That may further lend itself to the theory that this particular image isn't indicative of anything. Whatever this is, time will tell.

The thing that makes me suspicious of an AWD burnout is that for the entire duration of that short clip of that burnout, the car was standing still. I don't know that an AWD car can do a standing burnout.

My immediate thought is that this could be a hydraulic problem, however I'm not mechanically inclined enough to say that with confidence. @Ford Motor Company, you may want to look into this.
