If you see how I described the difference in that other thread, it would be very subtle on a video without some seriously good sound recording equipment, the difference in person is more noticeable. The sound is just more real and raw, less purr and refinement than the fake sound has.

This is the thread you need š https://www.mustang7g.com/forums/threads/disabling-anc-and-ese-via-forscan-25-full-steps.168802/
I can confirm it will make the difference you are looking for, and I totally understand what you mean!
I mentioned it here (https://www.mustang7g.com/forums/threads/is-it-me-or-is-this-car-tail-happy-when-making-fast-turns.174506/post-3480748) before but didnāt really get a response from anyone suffering the same, so kind of moved on and forgot about it assuming that I was just new to driving...
Mine has done this a few times as well, it isnāt a nice feeling when you lift off the gas but the car continues to put the throttle in. Usually happens after a hard but short burst of acceleration and could easily see you bashing the car in front not quick to find the brake.
Seriously, I got all excited when I read the subject line š
Track! How much larger do you need it š
I like Calm and Track, the rest I find too busy. The old gauges I find are nice to look but not to use.
Thatās not just dirty, thatās a news headline āClassic Mustang Dark Horse found under a tarp in an abandoned garage 30 years after owner moved awayā¦ā
Even if it is a vinyl rather than painted they can still PPF over the top of it - they did with my bonnet decals (stealth for matte and clear for gloss).
Drove it on the highway today with ESE off set to sports exhaust and the sound inside the cabin is definitely not there anymore, the engine sound is more raw and less refined than the soft growl the speakers were playing. Not sure I prefer the sound but I definitely prefer it being real.
Could it be the angle the car sits at affect the forward facing adaptive cruise sensor? Perhaps if the car remains at the same angle (or within 1-2 degrees) post wheel/tyre change everything is fine⦠can someone work out using agreywolfeās before and after diameters if there would have been any...
I have made this change now (yet to test on the road but cold start sound from inside the car seems to be the same volume but sounds much more externalised):
Disable ESE (fake engine sounds through the stereo):
Change: 727-01-01 BC33 14FC 103F
To: 727-01-01 BC33 14FC 003F
It looks like mine...
I received some good advice in this thread: https://www.mustang7g.com/forums/threads/soon-to-be-dark-horse-owner-suspension-and-stop-the-hop-upgrade-path.173862/
Take a look there and search for the Ford Performance equivalents to some of the parts suggested.
If you wouldnāt mind the hassle⦠perhaps you could try mixing the stock fronts and aftermarket rears and see if the problem exists? Not as a permanent solution obviously but just to see whether it is the fronts or rears that cause the issue.
