Yes it's one piece per side that uses the factory screw underneath to hold it in place. See my pictures and his video above. It's very simple. Not sure what else you're asking, sorry.
Got these pretty quick from Germany and installed them today. Took about 5 mins total. I really like that it uses the factory screw to hold it on. They fit very nice and secure. And best of all no JB weld! I did it with the car on the ground so the after pictures suck.
I did some experimenting today. And yes, the fan speed does change with temperature. Put it on auto high, then toggle the temp up and down. The fan speed will change. I think the issue is people crank the temp down to the mid 60s thinking it will cool faster. But that just means the fans are...
I've long suspected the factory tune was pretty aggressive. I think a Ford tune giving A 20hp add with the factory air boxes might be a little unrealistic. Hopefully I'm wrong.
Track mode is more measured and less erratic than sport mode. The trottle mapping is designed for smooth and predictable trottle response coming in and out of corners. Sport mode just makes the car feel faster by front loading the throttle and holding the shifts longer. You should do some...
No. I believe it will say admin or moderator next to their name. Honestly I've seen very little active moderation on this site. Something he said must have flagged a response.
With all due respect, the car comes with different drive modes for a reason, and you aren't using them appropriately. Why you would drive like that in normal mode and expect a different outcome is beyond me. If you want linear throttle response coming out of corners and transitioning from brake...
Almost sounds to me like your misinterpreting throttle lag for a transmission issue. I agree with Lou above. Get it checked. Nothing you are describing sounds normal.
He has 22k on the car. I think he should be used to it by now. Which begs the question...was this always an issue? Why wait this long to go to the dealer?
