  1. Steeda claims it, is it real world?

Well said. Though I would push back against the affordability part. I find that to be the most condescending and shallow comment any Dark Horse owner can make. "You're just jealous because your could only afford a GT". Lol, as if they own a $150k car. Not only does that person come off like a...
  2. Inferred vs Actual Oil Temperature - Results

Well done sir! This is great information. Glad to see the inferred temps are generally pretty close to actual.
  3. Hands on steering wheel warning

I wasn't referring to turning off the hands on the wheel alert. 🤦🏻
  4. Hands on steering wheel warning

Its for more leg room. A flat bottom doesn't mean they wanted you to cup the wheel from the bottom and drive. 🤣
  5. Wireless Charger?

No. And no illuminated door sills either.
  6. Steeda claims it, is it real world?

I seriously doubt the ABS programing is different. Ive never seen or heard of that assertion anywhere before. Not to mention it seems highly unnecessary and expensive for Ford to do. Agreed about Ford's marketing. I really think that has contributed to a lot of misinformation online. The...
  7. Hands on steering wheel warning

    Exactly! 🤣
  8. Steeda claims it, is it real world?

The only difference in brakes between the GTPP and the DH is the two peice front rotors in the DH. The calipers and rotor sizes are the same. The two peice design does disapate heat better, but the novice track driver would never notice a difference as driver skill plays much more of a roll in...

  10. Steeda claims it, is it real world?

Nope. You can get 6 piston brembo brakes on a GT premium as an option, and they are standard on the PP.
  11. Rear spring Isolator

This thread gives me PTSD from the Steeda progressive springs I had on my Mach 1. I never stopped chasing alignment and noise problems after that. Never again.
  12. Steeda claims it, is it real world?

They said the baseline was higher than normal, not the gains. Dynos measure gains. That should be the take away here.
  13. Steeda claims it, is it real world?

Having heard both, I believe it. It stands to reason there would be SOME small gains with a completely open chamber muffler. Steeda says a mid pipe gives you 3hp. But yeah who knows what they really are. 🤷🏻
  14. Steeda claims it, is it real world?

I think you mean GTPP premium. A standard GT Premium is roughly 15k less than a DH, depending on options. And of course a premium GT interior is not the same as a base DH interior.
  15. Hands on steering wheel warning

Its more complicated than just a forscan setting. European cars have different safety requirments and are also de-tuned.
  16. Steeda claims it, is it real world?

Most of that is bolt on trim. The "chassis tuning" refers to the alignment. Camber tuning and adjustable strut mounts = camber plates, which only come with the handling pack. The rear bumper difference is because of the diff cooler. Again, the Tremec and HP are the only notable upgrades here.
  17. Steeda claims it, is it real world?

Badges/Trim, a rear diff cooler, and the alleged extra 14 HP. If different connecting rods make you feel special, it has those too. The Tremec is the only notable upgrade if you get a manual.
  18. Steeda claims it, is it real world?

Im not saying wheels and tires are the only difference. But the reality is that outside of trim, there is very little difference if you compare the mechanical components on a GTPP and a non HP DH. I mean even the spring rates are the same. Unless you get the Tremec, the DH is mostly a badged up...
