Its unrealistic to expect a factory spec after lowering the car 1". Lowering springs will always increase camber without using camber plates. That said, I believe factory spec is -1 to -1.5 in the rears. So you aren't that far off. Id be more concerned about that caster.

It takes 30 seconds to disconnect the lines and pull the cans out. The cans themselves have four screws you need to undo to seperate the bottom and pour out the oil. Id say it would take no more than 5 mins per side to empty and re-install.
