They won't magically find more power in a year. You will never get the gains out of an NA car (especially one tuned to the edge from the factory like the S650) that you will see from a tune on a factory turbo car.

What is O tune vs E tune? They only said 20hp on YouTube (and most other tuners were saying somewhere around 15-20hp on 93 was all there was to be had)

Yes Slightly quieter/cleaner sounding with cats than without. But still much louder than stock. The risk is still high depending on how much power you are making and what kind of cats you get. Cheaper cats and lots of power isn't a good combination.

The wait is on the tuning...which isn't a problem anymore, you can get a shop to tune it (or they will be able to in the coming weeks as they release aftermarket supercharged tunes)
