so, i may have been wrong on the "DH splitter does not fit the GT/EB" thing, i noticed something when looking at the workshop manual diagrams the DH splitter is held on with 2 bolts, 4 push pins, and 8 little clips the GT/EB splitter is held on with 6 bolts, 4 push pins, and 6 little clips...

correct, the mounting is different, mainly due to how the GTPP comes to the dealer attached, where the DH does not edit: i looked at Ford's diagrams again, and i may have actually been wrong this whole time. it looks like you just might be able to put a DH splitter on a GT/EB
