Curious about this as well. There are cable sets on Amazon that connect to the rain sensor power and provide you with a 12V source (for radar detector) and a USB source (for dashcam). That way you can use your choice of dashcam +radar detector. But not sure if it's enough current for both...

I too have wondered about this. Most likely via Forscan, under PSCM (Power Steering Control Module). There are little edits people have made (on other Ford vehicles at least) to change the steering feedback/roadbump-muting settings and such. So there might be a way to change the steering ratio.
