  1. EU deliveries sooner than expected?

I've just bought a new Mustang You never stop moaning about the Mustang price We had a discussion about the price of the DH. You moaned, I explained why I thought it was completely unsurprising how it was priced. You spat the dummy Live with it....
  2. S650 UK orders

V8 GT A10 auto Magneride Vapor Blue
  3. S650 UK orders

Order placed today. Expected delivery in April / May Dealers are getting a demo car plus a small selection of pre-configured cars first. Factory orders will come later at some point. My dealer has 4 GT's (now 3) and 2 Dark Horses in the pipeline, plus one demo car. Sooner than that I think...
  4. EU deliveries sooner than expected?

Automotive / manufacturing cost inflation is probably worse than general inflation - clearly not 'lame'. I am more than happy with a Mustang V8 that is slower than a Yaris GR. You obviously hate the new Mustang, so stick with your old one and stop whining on this thread.
  5. EU deliveries sooner than expected?

Of course a GR Yaris is quicker, it has 4WD! Also it costs the same as the Mustang did in 2015! for literally half the car (albeit a very good one) Compare the Mustang to whatever else you can find for similar money. Oh and inflation is a real thing not an excuse!
  6. EU deliveries sooner than expected?

Fine then, stick to the GT. Nobody is forcing anybody to buy the DH. You either see value in the 'upgrades' or you don't depending on how you are going to use the car. First Mach 1 was 2021, which is 3 years ago during which time there has been a total of just over 20% inflation which equates...
  7. EU deliveries sooner than expected?

Except it includes the Torsen diff, additional cooling, Sync4, ACC included plus a year of 10%+ inflation. Oh and the Mach1 list price was £60315 for MY22.25 So actually that £5k increase looks entirely reasonable
  8. EU deliveries sooner than expected?

    Colour (ford.co.uk)
  9. EU deliveries sooner than expected?

Correct. Just checked and UK site says Torsen for DH (scroll down under performance) All-New Ford Mustang: 5L V8 Sportscar | Ford UK
  10. EU deliveries sooner than expected?

Australian cars detail it (also RHD) so assume UK cars will too.
  11. EU deliveries sooner than expected?

Blue Ember is a standard no cost option colour on the DH in UK. Paint colour doesn't affect homologation.
  12. EU deliveries sooner than expected?

Why not? Base GT only has 4 options available other than paint colour. In the UK base GT only has Magneride, red brake calipers, Recaro's' and a different wheel as options. There will be plenty who will just go for the base GT.
  13. EU deliveries sooner than expected?

Those figures are correct as per UK site. Performance on a par with S550 in UK
  14. EU deliveries sooner than expected?

You do get standard Magneride, plus a Torsen diff on the DH as well as slightly revised engine. Plus the Tremec box on a manual.
  15. EU deliveries sooner than expected?

There seems to be a very restricted RHD / Europe spec, but yes the DH does get the Torsen diff. We only get two wheel options, no alternative interior trim colours or any of the other option packs such as the Bronze pack. We used to get a modified 400A package with additional features such as...
  16. EU deliveries sooner than expected?

The first year road tax in the UK is applied at purchase and is included in the £55k figure I posted. From the Ford UK website: This is the manufacturer's Recommended 'On the Road' price for the model shown. This price includes (1) delivery to Dealer; (2) VAT at 20%; and (3) First Registration...
  17. EU deliveries sooner than expected?

More than just VAT though as there are other taxes. In the UK we have 'road tax' on new purchases and in France nobody is going to buy a Mustang because of the €60k emissions tax (écotaxe additionnelle) ! UK base GT is £55,585
  18. EU deliveries sooner than expected?

Prices will depend on local taxes as well.
  19. Antenna

They are actually in the rear window as part of the heated rear screen on coupes. Shark fin is for GPS and 4G, twin shark fin for 5G
  20. Pleasant surprise

The car goes into a deep sleep after a few days to preserve the battery - as you have found
