The S650 first model year is longer than a year. We are currently on MY2024.50 which will go via 2024.75 to the 2025 model year traditionally starting in September. Effectively there was an additional bit of year tacked on last summer to the start of the 2024 MY when production first started...
July 2025 for most of it (Euro 7) but some other stuff such as mandatory speed warnings are this summer.
UK follows EU type approval, we don't have any way to do it ourselves and it looks very unlikely we will setup the infrastructure / process for it until 2026 at the earliest. Currently the...
No they have pre-allocated builds for the first cars (available to reserve now) and then factory orders later in the year through dealers. You can order what you want now (assuming one of the pre-allocated builds doesn't match what you want) but it will probably not be built until May or June...
Cars will be fitted with an Event Data Recorder plus Euro 7 comes sometime in 2024 with emissions control software and monitoring. The car will monitor it's own outputs and restrict activity after a certain time if the car exceeds the homologated levels. I don't see how third party tuning will...
If you can't see the difference between what you wrote and what I wrote you should go back to school. Different words, different meanings. The two sentences are NOT the same
You said that you will feel that the car is a little bit more pushier with the small torque increase.
The torque...
I DID NOT SAY THAT
Below exactly what I said. 'potentially' and 'slightly' are very clear even if you don't seem to be able to grasp it 🤷‍♂️ You have then changed the wording and accused me of saying it - it doesn't work like that.
The torque increase will potentially make the S650 feel...
Yes, the first batch of UK cars are already fixed specs in the system. If you find one that suits then great, but otherwise it is a factory order which will probably September time for delivery.
Ford don't want to sell too many, as they have to sell 22% EV in 2024 and they have had major...
It is actually 446PS for the GT which is 4PS down on the S550 (<1%), but torque is up by 11Nm(>2%)
DH is 453PS which is 7PS down on the Mach 1 (<2%), but again 11Nm up on torque (>2%)
The torque increase will potentially make the S650 feel slightly punchier, but in reality the natural...
There might be, although the S650 in Europe is a lot more locked down tune wise apparently. The legality of these tunes will also be doubtful post July 2024, together with 'sports' exhausts and cats. It may not be worth the hassle for the marginal gains.
I don't think you get the choice on the buttons. You get the choice of standard, adaptive, intelligent (if fitted) in the screen and then the buttons work as selected on the screen. You can't have two 'types' of CC at the same time.
