@AZ_Ryan as well I'm not sure the exact temperature but for sure it was 280 or above . Before you hit the limp mode the whole oil temperature gauge will turn orange since it is with in the small orange area. once you pass that - and its a matter of seconds to pass it if you are already there -...

  5. PCM Flash Needed for Oil Cooler + PP Rad on 2024 GT (Non-PP)

So what is the consensus here? If the cylinder head temperature sensor is used to infer (along the driving input conditions) the rest of the engine temperatures , then I would assume a "colder" oil from an oil cooler would result in a "cooler" cylinder head... Based on that I would expect to see...
  6. Do you enjoy investing money?

I work in the photonics space. My advice is stay away from companies like that, that don't generate any revenue at the moment - or at least don't put any significant amount there. There is A LOT of information that is not disclosed to investors and yet they are trying to hype them. You will...

  14. Installing Steeda brake lines

Hi folks, I just installed the steeda brake lines. The lines feel much firmer at higher speeds but at very low speeds (< 20mph) seems to be a small ā€œgapā€ in the pedal. Unfortunately can’t remember how big that ā€œgapā€ was with the previous lines. But it seems that once the car has enough speed...
  15. Whistling noise upon acceleration

It's the intake. It happens after accelerating then it either goes away or the sound is covered by the exhaust sound. I have it too since day 0. Both in the old engine and new engine. I have the stock filters and I can hear it. If I remove the lids it becomes more noticeable.
  16. Advise on springs.
