what cooling system did you use for the rear differential ? how about your transmission cooling?

I can't clearly see form the pics, but is there any dent / bend? As for the color I would try a touch up paint from ford. it costs $20. I would assume you can also put he paint in a gun and spray it .

how much money are you willing to spend? Fist thing I suggest is check the oil level and add some . Ford is being cheap and they fill up to the second lower X in the dipstick , which in new engines it will drop bellow min within few miles. I also suggest to top off the coolant as it might have...

Stupid question , but does anyone know what is this electrical connector for ? This is the oil adaptor from the pp. Is this some kind of a sensors ? Is it connected anywhere ?

some times I have similar sound when I start the car....it is not consistent but it depends how the car was parked before the engine is shut off (like being is a slope or release the brake and have the car "relax" before you put the handbrake)... It always feel like a "residual" torque ...like...

Good you had the dealer replicate it. A whine noise could be the transmission , which is normal , and you can hear it inside the cabin.... I suggest do not stress yourself over the nosies. Just have them recorded to the dealer and go enjoy the car. if it brakes it will be under warranty

its the intake. If you add oiled filters the sound will be more prominent. You probably had it before as well but didn't notice. The noise will come upon acceleration and the it will be buried form exhaust sound

do you have to do alignment every time you change the camber? I have adjustable camber plates front and rear..never used them

I had sent the verdict in you DMs . I had cc'ed few others as well Here it is : " Verified customer concern. found contamination in engine cooling system and customer provided oil levels from previous services. checked oasis for related technical service bulletins and special service messages...
