That's why the Cadillac CT4-V Blackwing has some appeal to me being on the same platform without the visibility problem. I just wish it had an NA V8 instead of a turbo V6.
Last summer my '22 Maverick spent nearly 30 days at a railyard 20 miles from the dealer. Pretty sure there was a shortage of trucks then. Hope the situation has improved.
This is news to me. I've been aware that BMW underrates the horsepower of its engines, but I was not aware that all of these manufacturers underrate their engine hp numbers precisely to measured whp. I know you posted links of some instances where this was supposedly the case, but it's a little...
Continuing to drive my '19 GT. Going to install PP1 Brembo brakes, Bilstein struts, and sway bars next. I probably won't get an S650 until a mid cycle refresh, unless I go with something else like a used C8.
This is a great example of modern screens in a much more stylish design. It looks like an automobile dash rather than a work cubicle.
Kia pulled off a better look in a freaking SUV than Ford did in a performance car. It's still too generic for a Mustang but looks nice for a family hauler...
I waited 11 months for my '22 Maverick. During the period from order until when the VIN is assigned, no one knows anything. In the Maverick forums this gave rise to anxiety and conspiracy theories, and resulted in Ford now sending "form letter" emails that still don't tell you anything but give...
The 2015 S550 was faster around a road course than a Boss 302, despite having less horsepower, because of the new, better platform with IRS, etc. In contrast, the S650 from a performance standpoint is more like the 2018 refresh. (Obviously bigger changes in exterior styling and interior.) The...
Prior to 2021 it was generally possible to buy at considerably below MSRP, but not any more. The true prices customers are paying have increased by more than the change in MSRP. I realize that's not an S650 issue (I looked at '22 and '23 Mach 1 prices 🙂), but it's another factor besides interest...
Similar in general shape (although the Mopars typically had longer hoods), but grilles and taillights were quite distinctive. The grille on that Torino looks more like a Dodge than other Fords of that time.
