I picked up my car on 3/12. I added it to my existing FordPass account then. I still haven't received a single Power-Up update. As I stated in other messages, it could be weeks (or longer) before you get something OTA that someone else got yesterday.
Then you have not received any complete Power-Up updates since you added the Mustang to your FordPass account. Those get sent AFTER each one is successfully applied,
You can't bring your car in and just say, "Apply updates X, Y and Z". That's not how it works. The ONLY way a dealer apply an update for a specific module(s) -- not the whole Power-Up Update, but for specific modules - is (a) if you're having a problem with something and (b) if they get...
I didn't mean you, YOU. I meant, "That's what you see when using the Fordpass app on A phone."
If your Fordpass is set up correctly and associated with your car: On the main page, click "Message Center". You'll see messages for any Power-Up update that has been applied since you set up...
^That's from the Fordpass app on your phone. Look under Account / Message Center to see historical messages, including those.
If/When a Power-Up update completes, you may or may not get one of those in the app. Note that it's same info you get on the screen immediately after the update.
That's a Power-Up Update version, which is a collection of updates to various modules, not just a single "version update" that gives you something. There might be updates for 9 different, unassociated modules in a Power-Up update.
As I already mentioned, not every update will increase THAT...
Now I'm confused. By Sync version, we mean something like:
Version: 22306_PRODUCT
Revision: 1076
You'll find that under About Sync, which I thought was under General settings or something like that (not the Software Update area).
Version doesn't necessarily tell the entire story. Sometimes, an update doesn't advance the version number.
Best way is to reach out to @rugedraw and he can look up what's waiting for you, if anything.
There's a thread he started here -- use this one. Post your VIN and he'll update the thread.
