Keep in mind that firmware updates for specific modules are releases all the time, and they may not be part of a specific Power-Up update.
When you take it in, they will try to recreate or confirm the issue. If they can/do, and if they fix involves updating the firmware for the DSM (driver's seat module), they will update the DSM firmware ONLY.
