Chip repair is NOT intended to make the chip no longer visible. It's 100% intended to stop the damage from spreading.
While some chips CAN be filled and appear almost not there, not all can. Most can't. Anyone who told you that the purpose was to make it invisible was/is wrong.
Dealerships don't do ceramic coating -- they farm it out to some local shop that's likely run by a bunch of morons.
Do nothing like this through the dealership. Do you research, read reviews, and get it done by the right folks.

I've run the A129 Pro Duo 4K in my F150 for almost 2.5 years now. It's been great. Want to put the A229 Pro in the DH.
