Yeah, I think I'm going to stick with getting a fully loaded GT Premium.
Seemingly, the only real difference between it and the DH, besides the prestige factor, is that you'll get somewhat less horse power (which, if you're mostly doing city driving or commuting daily, is not a big deal IMO)...
To add to your post...
Even *IF* Ford were profitable, they would still raise the price of their product as the cost to engineeer/assemble/market them has gone up, exponentially in fact with the COVID and Russia/Ukraine Supply Chain constraints plus labor shortges.

Ford's revenue is up 16% YoY (not sure where they pulled the 100% number from), but of course, total revenue never tells the entire story.
This is especially true in Ford's case when has been taken it up the rear end with unexpected costs for their botched product launches and recalls...
So assuming I get this at Dealer invoice, my GT Premium would come out to $59K.
I imagined it would be much worse.

During tax season, people are often using their returns to buy outrageous things. Normally, people will buy an older model of luxury car, which they usually end up taking a loss on. Other times, people price themselves out by buying a new car that is out of their normal budget. However, there is...
I tend to agree.
I just priced out a GT Premium with all of the options (minus the California & Nite Pony packages) for the 2023MY and that's clearing $63K before taxes & fees.
The S650 will probably end up closer to $70K OTD when all said and done.
My dilemma is, I'm not too thrilled about...
The truth is, there hasn't been much to discuss other than the hearsay (which might or might not be credible) we read on this forum or see on the YouTube channels of enthusiasts.
Ford, to its credit, has been *EXTREMELY* tight lipped with the S650 launch.
