The Evos interior is pretty nice (and I don't mean the big screen, I think that is way too gimmicky). But a Mustang interior definitely needs some retro inspired desing cues.
Just as a point for discussion, I think it is pretty interesting that Ford named the car Evos. The 2013 Evos Concept was a pretty clear preview of the S550 design. Every bodyline of the concept can be found on the final Mustang with just a few adjustments to make everything fit the proportions...
I acutally oriented the stance on S550. So the ride heigth is how an actual car would be like 😉 Mabye it's ab it of an optical illusion because of the black bars on the sides
Of course without any form of prototypes spotted everything is just a wild guess. But the 2013 Evos concept was pretty...
With the reveal of the Ford Evos I got the feeling that the new Mustang will use a pretty similiar design language. A few hours in photoshop later I can present you my new Renderings for the upcoming Mustang.
I actually really like the outcome how single frame grille and the Evos-bodylines look...
Absolutely. Covid, the trend that customers now want SUVs instead of fun coupes and the whole electric trend is making pressure on many models. Camaro had a shared platform with ATS+CTS and many important parts shared with the C7 Corvette. Dodge is reusing the tech in most of their lineup from...
Absolutely, and if they deliver a V6- or V8 hybrid will similiar awesome sound as they have now, I think it really will be an attractive car. The savings on tax and insurance here would make the Mustang really affordable. Of course you will never please the "but a Mustang need a pure V8" crowd...
Getting some strong Mustang vibes from this image
This one too:
Also the shoulderline from front to back is absolutely identical to the scultpure:
Even the rear is pretty close:
Remove the lights on the side of the frontend, make the lower part a bit more sporty and I would actually really like this as a Mustang. I will try to make a Mustang rendering based on this in the upcoming days
I think the next Mustang frontend could look pretty close to the newly revealed A6 e-tron. Besides the blacked out vents on the Audi, the design language is similiar to the sculpture.
Ford can only change minor things on the Nascar. It's not like they can use a S650. So it will be a Nascar will Mustang visuals, that may or may not resemble a S650
The wording from Ford here is really bad. "Nascar Next Gen" seems to be indeed the name of a completely new Nascar build that all brands will use for the upcoming season. So Ford Fords car does not necessarily tease us the S650 design, it still could the Nextgen Nascar car with an S550...
I think you read more out of this than it really is. It sounds more like it is just the new Nascar design, which should not automatically tease the next gen Mustang. Maybe it just looks like a GT500 or Mach1.
Of course a real Mustang7 teaser would be great, but I am not quite sure what to...
I highly doubt with that many production numbers of the Bullitt (it ran two model years) it will increase it's value especially if you count in inflation or what money you could make with a smart investment (you can pretty much guarantee that putting that money in crypto currencies will generate...
The S650 is expected to use a modified version of the current platform (D2C) that integrates parts of the CD6 (Ford Explorer) platform. The new platform is named D5.
So its more than a refresh, but not a completely new model.
Great to hear you are still onboard upcoming cars. :like:
You can absolutely already see all the "this is not a Mustang anymore" posts like on every single new car. Ford tricked us really good in believing there is a 2nd 6th gen refresh on the way, so we should look at every new spotted car...
Yeah I think the design could actually work and result in some good looking cars. But it would be a shame if the Mustang will end up looking as "The Ford coupe" sharing too many elements with the other cars. To me the Mustang should always have certain individual design cues that distinguish it...
Hi all,
already wondered a few weeks ago when a M7G forum will happen. Even though I tend to make the switch to a C8 and not a M7 in the future, I am really looking forward to the spyshot hunt and trying to decover the mules with photoshop soon 😄
Guess this will be last non EV generation of...
