  1. Report: All Electric EV Mustang Generation Comes in 2028

The exact same way every EV owner that has come from an ICE car has, practice. Once you do it a few times it becomes second nature. And it's actually pretty cool to drive with only one pedal.
  2. Do you think there will be a GT350 or GT500 in first year of the New S650 2022/2023 ? ? ? ?

No one knows about the plans for a Shelby badged S650 yet (we can hope but it is unlikely). The latest information we have is that we will not see a hybrid S650 and will go directly to an all electric S750.

Sorry Matt but you’ve lost the war. :frown:
  5. Report: All Electric EV Mustang Generation Comes in 2028

Yes, it is. It certainly isn't coal. That's dead. Fossil fuels. Nope, that's going the way of the Dodo bird. Solar and wind. The tech isn't available for widespread use and may never be. That leaves pretty much one. 55% of South Carolina's power is provided by it today. Nuclear is the...
  6. Report: All Electric EV Mustang Generation Comes in 2028

Same with California. But that’s 13 years from now. A lot can happen between now and then. https://www.nytimes.com/2022/08/24/climate/california-gas-cars-emissions.html
  7. [Updated with covered S650 Mustang pics!] Ford Announces "The Stampede" -- Debut of 7th Gen Mustang Open to Mustang Owners

Gee September 14th. Same date as the new season of The Handmaids Tale. I wonder which one I’ll watch! :giggle:
  8. 2024 (ish) Challenger reveal during Dodge Speed Week?

  11. Report: All Electric EV Mustang Generation Comes in 2028

Agreeing that it will not be electronic synthesized sound. Should be interesting though. IMHO if it’s not real I don’t want it.
  12. Report: All Electric EV Mustang Generation Comes in 2028

Dubbed the Fratzonic Chambered Exhaust, this system replaces the traditional exhaust note with a facsimile. Without revealing details—again—Dodge says it’s not just a speaker churning out simulated combustion noise. It’s likely some sort of pump that pushes air through a device to generate...
  13. Report: All Electric EV Mustang Generation Comes in 2028

Yeah, sorry Kev, I read that wrong. The article definitely got that wrong. The rest, who knows. :like:
  14. Report: All Electric EV Mustang Generation Comes in 2028

Nope, my bad. I read it wrong. Honestly wasn’t really thinking about the S650, just the S750 (or whatever they are going to call it) 👍
  15. Report: All Electric EV Mustang Generation Comes in 2028

I wasn’t aware the that the Mach-E was built on the CD-6 architecture. Did I miss something? Also if Ford can meet all the upcoming EPA fuel mileage directives by using the Mach-E why bother with a hybrid? It’s not like there will be any competition for it. Just keep the EB and the Coyote...
  16. Report: All Electric EV Mustang Generation Comes in 2028

No great surprises here except it appears there will not be a hybrid S650...
  17. What will it take to save the V8 Mustang?

She actually likes the fact that we would each have a Mustang, but you’re right, she doesn’t really care about the name.
  18. What will it take to save the V8 Mustang?

Doesn’t matter. It not whether its better. It’s all about burning fossil fuels. I’ve driven a handful of EV’s. As short/mid range transportation devices they do an admirable job. A couple were even fun. But at the end of the day I never got that visceral experience a get every time I start my...
