Could somebody elaborate here on what is going on?
I am feeling more confused by the explanations.
Is the GT ESE different from the Ecoboost ESE?
I would like some very basic, detailed explanations of what the car is doing, if anybody can do that.
ANC, active noise cancelling, does not make the cabin more quiet?
I have headphones with ANC, and they cancel out noise and make everything quieter but the music I am listening to?
Why would you turn off ANC instead of just turning off ESE?
How many cars have ESE turned on? In another thread...
I do not have Forscan and do not know how to use it. How difficult is it to obtain one and try this out, see it it is turned on? If it is turned on, I guess you can turn it off, go for a drive, and see how it sounds?
I know, for example, that hitting the throttle wide open in Drag Mode, for...
So there is some sort of line running from the non-fuel pump side to the fuel pump side.
KPM advertises a full "canister" at all times. Maybe that is enough fuel to keep the engine from starving during sustained high G force turns? Or maybe they improved the suction to pull fuel to the...
Is this true???
Has anybody captured this inside?
I think I might prefer it "off," but it is hard to tell without experiencing the difference. I find the engine too loud inside the cockpit of my Dark Horse sometimes. I might prefer it quieter inside. Getting rid of any additional...
AZ_Ryan,
Thank you! Your post cut right through all of the BS. There is obviously a very different valve action for each mode, with Track Mode being the only one fully open 100% of the time. Somebody really went all out for that video.
The surprising thing is how much activity there is in...
Thread about the issue, started by a forum member in China:
https://www.mustang7g.com/forums/threads/dark-horse-track-issue%EF%BC%88temporary-loss-of-power%EF%BC%89.164263/
So how does this help with the issue?
I thought the fuel starvation occurred because of the shape of the tank, and the fuel pump being on only one side?
Here is the shape of the S650 fuel tank (sorry if that was your totaled car). As you can see, there is a steep "hump" in the middle. In...
That's not sarcastic. It's a good answer, and maybe something I will try myself, maybe even with somebody else switching the mode from Quiet to Normal to Sport to Track as I am watching what happens (and trying not to breath all of that exhaust).
What is your source for this information?
I searched quite a bit, and there is not much out there on the internet, at least that I could find in a few minutes. This video was about the best. It may be inaccurate. Frankly, I do not know. But I would like to know how you know, if you do know.
