    Who said anything about a big block blown Boss? The last Boss 302 was a suped up Coyote made for the track. A newer version could easily slide in as a DH replacement.

    They did say they were working on a hybrid v8 awhile back, but they also said it would not replace the standard version.

    It may not be perfect, but I firmly believe the car is not the problem. The S550 was wildly successful, and the S650 is basically just an updated version. As the famous saying goes..."it's the economy, stupid".

    But how many of those cars were almost 500hp stock? The reality is 15 extra HP won't be noticeable to the average street driver. What you will feel is a little more torque and better throttle response.

    I believe so. Ford has said several times over the last few years that they intend to keep offering the V8 and well into the future. I don't see it going away for generation 8.

    Sales are down because of inflation. A large portion of the Mustang target audience just can't afford to finance a 50k sports car. It's the combination of rates, price, and the cost of living thats driving people away. No amount of tuning or redesign is going to change that.
