I would add half shafts to that as well.
I have heard of a few 2024s that were shipped with a bad rear strut. But the symptom for that was always a mysterious rear rattle noise.
Whats going on is your sub isn't working. 🤣
Restart the system and see if that works. If not, take the box out and check the connections in the back and at the speaker inside.
...or just take it to the dealer since it's under warranty.
This has been beat to death in every car forum on the planet.
Bottom line - pick a decent full synthetic oil and filter and call it a day. The differences between brands is no where near as important as changing it regularly.
Don't over think it and drive.
They shouldn't need Ford engineering to sort this out. And if they are going along with what Ford engineering says, then I would say they aren't trying very hard. Sounds like they're passing the buck to me. A second opinion surely won't hurt.

I do however remember someone else posting with the same exact problem recently. They even mentioned a vibrating rear view mirror. If I remember correctly it turned out to be an easy fix that completely...
