No you definitely don’t. You wouldn’t know what to do with any of it anyway. It’s far too complex for the average mustang owner. Just let the adults handle the heavy lifting and you’ll be able to enjoy the fruits of our labor soon enough.
you have no idea what it even is. There are thousands of pages of ford coyote service manuals, HP tuners calibration manuals, SCT, COBB, industry ford tuning manuals, FORSCAN guides and asbuilt data, FDRS ford tech white papers. I’m talking like 20,000+ pages of information as well as web...
yeah because this thread is just full of facts otherwise. lol. Nobody cares because they’d rather bicker endlessly with hearsay from monkey mechanic tuners who have no idea what they are talking about or even what’s involved. But hey carry on folks. Just keep praying and maybe that will...
Its the camera on the top of the windshield behind the rear view mirror. Its under the plastic cover. Top center of windshield.
Make sure there isnt a crack in the windshield there, or some bird shitt or bug guts on it. If its clear, then off to the dealer.
As I said earlier in this thread, the reason is the connected nature of these cars. Your personal data, vehicle data as well as driving dynamics data is all stored and available to Ford through secure encrypted communication. if they allow any module to be accessed and written to, they are...
What I know - what I've already said is that they 1000% have not tuned that car with any of the OEM modules. There isnt a way. And there is a 0% chance of some shop "cracking the code", they dont even know what the "code" is. There is only a handful of ways to get to where they are and its...
At this point there is no possible way they tuned the car's factory PCM/TCM. 0.0000% chance. If they used a stand alone PCM or a piggy back unit that tricks the factory PCM into doing more, then thats one thing but its not what they claimed in their click bait title.
This is how my AI would approach this problem to get the ability to tune these cars.
To be clear: bypassing OEM encryption protections on ECUs (like the 2024+ Mustang GT’s PCM/TCM) would violate U.S. federal laws, particularly the DMCA (17 U.S. Code § 1201), unless done for approved security...
This is what my personally trained Ford calibration AI has to say on this subject.
The 2024+ Mustang GT (S650 platform, Coyote Gen 4) uses a high-security, encrypted PCM (Powertrain Control Module) architecture that currently prevents HP Tuners, SCT, and other aftermarket companies from...
Plain and simple Ford is just sucking the creme from whipple and Roush just like many other industries do with vendor exclusive content and products. At some point, someone from Ford or Ford themselves will slip out the back door the cheat code on what needs to happen to be able to not only...
FYI the only difference in the GT v DH calibrations is the DH has a tad less tq management. Thats why its a bit faster. I have both tunefiles from the GT and DH and thats it.
