So it looks like Whipple makes the pulleys in all sorts of different sizes. Stage 1 kit is 3.875" and folks looking to crank up the boost have been using 3.5", but they make 4" and even larger. Like this one: 4.5"...

What modifications? More than just a tune and C85? Did you change the tune to get 537 hp or did you change just the fuel? FYI, it is recommended not to run the dyno in 7th gear, as the Ford transmission is lacking some strength in that gear...
