It only makes a few hundred dollars difference in taxes, and that money paid in interest is gone forever. Paying a couple grand in interest to save a few hundred in taxes is bad math.
You can take this one even if you use the standard deduction, so, if you have a car note, get the interest and put it on your taxes as a deduction and save a couple few hundred bucks in taxes.
PS - Charitable deduction for 2025 is available even if you take the standard deduction. So there...

Ok. I am no dash cam expert. But, well, they are not all displayed with that fisheye look, right? I mean, the Garmin seems to be advertising this "wide angle" feature, and you are not going to get a wider angle without distorting the view on the screen. Right? Or am I wrong somehow?
In fairness to everybody else - I only use Track Mode for fun. When fun time is over, I put it back in Normal Mode and set the cruise control. This has been my trick to have no tickets in the Dark Horse yet.

To my eye, it seems to distort the view in an attempt to get a wider angle.
I am sort of picky about that sort of thing from competing in long range precision rifle. I would not want my optic to distort the view, so I guess I notice it when the video from a dash camera does the same thing.
