  1. Break In Oil - change at 500mi or at 1,000mi?

You’d be mistaken and missing out on cars that won’t need a catch can oil diaper for their entire lives then. But to each his own.
  2. Break In Oil - change at 500mi or at 1,000mi?

Yeah "the tuning school" ran by Bob Morale here in FL is a great one. They have a few day or week courses with tons of instructor led classes. You can learn on your own as well but its a long process. This is a very protected trade and people who have earned their knowledge arent very quick...
  3. Break In Oil - change at 500mi or at 1,000mi?

Its part of the tq management strategy Ford uses to neuter these cars. Some of it can be tuned out and some left as-is. There are thousands and thousands of parameters like that all over the calibration at many layers to keep these cars running at what I call 70% of their actual peak potential...
  4. Break In Oil - change at 500mi or at 1,000mi?

LSPI is all covered by the tune. That shit is all over the OEM file pulling spark and putting in tq management to protect the engine. That oil isnt doing shit lol.
  5. RPM Max for A10

lol without a CJ, yeah don’t do that. Even with a CJ I’d go 8200 max. Peak airflow I’ve found is right around 7750-7800 with the stock hardware.
  6. CAN THIS BE DONE?

No the pedal demand is a set table and its per mode. You need a custom tune to change those.
  7. Break In Oil - change at 500mi or at 1,000mi?

What I do is beat the absolute dog shit out of the car from 0-1000 then change the oil and then beat the dogshit out of it again until 3k. Then beat the dogshit out of it for 2k-3k intervals until I have had my fill of beating the dogshit out of it.
  8. Pulled the Whipple trigger finally.

You can to plenty of back to back WOT pulls once you get the cats out of the way. The whipple tunes are safe for the masses to be stupid with the car.
  9. Pulled the Whipple trigger finally.

Only one necessary mod. Remove the cats. They will fail and could be a big problem if they plug the exhaust as they fail.
  10. 10r80 harsh shifts on track

It didn’t sound like they changed or even added fluid but totally agreed.
  11. 10r80 harsh shifts on track

They probably reset the trans adaptive learning by disconnecting the battery for a period of time.
  12. RPM Max for A10

Oh and the hard fuel cut is 7500.
  13. My Car Feels Slow...

It does. All my tunes take them to 7800rpm where peak airflow is for the s650 coyote. They sing up there.
  14. RPM Max for A10

This is the best answer you will get. Also for reference, Mud=track and sport/track is actually just sport for the s550/650. Drag/sand = drag. This is the WOT shift schedule from a 2026 10R80 car with 3.55 gears.
  15. Tune revision needed for Kooks long tube headers?

They are right. Nothing to change on these MAP based cars. On the MAF cars you might need to adjust fueling a tad if you are actually flowing more in because you are getting more out faster, but not with the s650. These cars dont care what intake or exhaust you are running. Now if you locked...
  16. My Car Feels Slow...

Here was my last one a 23 HC challenger. One month a part stone stock on 93 and the DRs and then tuned only on that same 93 in the tank on the same tire, same track. Then bonus run on tune only E85. Thats almost 10mph gained from stone stock to E85 tuned. Stock Tune only 93 E85 Tune only
  17. My Car Feels Slow...

No but I know Zdungho. And your 16 was one of the cars that has the cat recall out. The 2020 cars came from the factory with the updated PCM strategy for much higher cat over temp enrichment. So my advice if you haven’t done the recall, don’t. You’ll regret it. And Z tuned one of my...
  18. My Car Feels Slow...

They have their place for sure. You should drive a C8 corvette. They are so watered down on the pedal, the throttle controller is necessary to feel like you even have a sports car. And in all honesty, in the tune most tuners me included change the pedal demand to make the car have more punch...
  19. My Car Feels Slow...

A 6speed properly driven s650 on an E85 tune against a heat soaked COT suffering Hellcat on the highway is a drivers race. The hellcats untuned will get one run then will be fat ladies walking in sand after that. They are hobbled by the EPA cat over temp settings from hell. They go 9.0 rich...
  20. My Car Feels Slow...

I hear this sad tale day in and out. Then I tune them and they are out there running with stock hellcats, laughing at FBO camaros and M cars. Get a tune. Cased closed.
