The problem is, that all the speakers are front loaded with very little coming from behind. So when I try to balance the sound all it does is get muffled. The upgraded Pioneer sub seemed to help the system overall vs. sounding more prominent. I got some improvement by dropping the rear seat...
The new center speaker helped. But in reality replacing the center speaker and sub wasn't any earth shattering difference, but there was an improvement.
The sound is just a bit clearer and less muddy.
Mine did that only after I drove it in track mode and/or let the braking be done by the downshifting. People here said something about pressure built up in the trans from aggressive downshifting.
From my understanding, it's normal for this car, and only happens after aggressive driving and is...
My Billetworkz shifter knob added at least 10 hp. 😁
But seriously folks, I think the sweet spot is between 40˚ and 50˚ for best intake temps. The car accelerated like a scalded ape when it was those temps outside. colder air than that is denser, but butt dyno didn't notice any more drama...
IT must take a few seconds for the computer to set the door for locking. I close the door, count to three and the handle will always be ready to lock by then.
I had 4 Camaros and now 3 Mustangs. I loved every one of them!
72 Camaro 307!!
91 Camaro RS
91 Camaro Z28!!
98 Camaro Z28

Yup...I can practically pick what gear to drop down to with my right foot alone.
That was a nice system! Why would they not carry over that function to these newer models?!?
It's not the parasitic voltage that is my main point, we all know the electronics drain the car when parked. It's the toll on the battery in a few years.
I am willing to bet that no matter what new battery you put in your car and drive it daily, you will have the same issues you had the first...
Maybe...But I think that point might be debatable. The alternator never brings a battery to it's peak like a Tender does.
But TBH, This debate could only be verified one way or another by a side by side controlled experiment comparison over a period of 3-5 years....who's doing that? lol
But...
It's a band-aid fix to a car that has more electronic drain than the battery can handle when not being driven.
I guarantee you I'll get MUCH longer life out of this OEM battery by regularly using a tender.
FWIW: News flash in the "No SH!t" department....
I put down the rear passenger seat today to get an item in the trunk and noticed how much better the stereo sounded as well as the exhaust! Of course it would! I just didn't think of it.
My upgraded Pioneer sub was much more present, and...
I'm in the US with a 2025 GT Premium. In my Custom Drive profile, with no other software needed, I can change:
Steering Effort
Auto Stop disable
Exhaust loudness
Traction Control disable
(And a few other things I can't remember for certain...maybe gauge look and seat memory)
Know that you...
That's interesting about Europe specs locking out some menu options like disabling lane keeping, especially since some Europeans have posted horror stories about it activating at a very bad time it shouldn't have.
Either maybe look into FORSCAN, or get used to hitting buttons every time you...
You can deactivate the lane keeping system in the menu system. Go through your cars settings menu and go through it item by item. You'll find there's a lot to customize.
yes the screens don't bother me once I sit behind the wheel as well. I got used to them quick.
Keyless locking needs the...
I drove my 06 Mustang GT for 17 years. Once an alternator failed. That's it. So far my new GT is fine.
for the most part, show me a perfect car where there is 100% perfect production rate.
