Honestly, if they go with a turbo six, I’m probably out. Too many TTV6s and TTI6s on the market. Far more concerned about the sound and character than the additional performance.
Hope they push for smaller displacement V8 coupled to a hybrid or turbocharged setup.

I’d reckon it’s a mule for the GT350/Boss successor, like the in-betweener. We typically don’t see mules for their top-end models until several years after the standard models release. I would assume for benchmark reasons.
The S550 had some clearly identifiable flaws, the manual being the most obvious, in my opinion. They need to stick a Tremec in the volume models and call it a day already.
