There's no way this car is 250k. Not the road car at least. The zo6 which is based on its own gt3 car starts at a about 100k. That's a flat plane crank mid-engine supercar. I'm guessing the road going version of this starts about about 70 grand. Maybe getting up to around 100k maxed out. That...
That's huge news. Why haven't I seen this mentioned on the forums as much? I want to say the s550 had a 56/44 weight distribution, but that's just off the top of my head. We could get pretty close to 50/50 distribution as a result of this change and others. That will obviously massively improve...
Why would they cover most of it up, and only tease a very small portion of it if that wasn't the road car? If it was the race car, why would they still be trying to tease and hide it in a reveal video for the race car?
So, the clay model they're working on here appears to be slightly different. Not sure if this was an alternative proposal for the race car, or if it hints at what the road car will look like.
True, but they don't price 'em like they used to because they don't make 'em like they used to. Modern cars are very well engineered, so the price reflects that.
Here's the problem, a lot of people non-ironically believe old cars were built better. Which is laughable. Not saying you, but I'm stunned at the amount of people who complain that they "Don't make 'em like they used to".
No it wouldn't 😂 my father works in insurance claims, people walk away from rolling a modern car at 80, or wrapping their car around a tree at 90. Whereas classic cars, you roll over a pebble at 3 mph and the car is going to collapse in on itself and explode.
Modern cars are definitely built a...
Ah yes, both cars have wheels, very derivative. In all seriousness, the two cars look nothing alike. The front and rear graphics, the proportions, the rooflines, all of those elements are drastically different. The challenger and Camaro both have squared off, notchback style rooflines. Where are...
That seems to be a common trend with newer colors, Blue Ember, Vapour Blue, Area 51, Yellow Splash. They all change so much based on lightning conditions. Which could be a good or a bad thing depending on who you ask.
This is a question I've been pondering today. The Chinese sculpture, shown below, was something when it first came out, we were pretty sure would look like the s650, at least parts of it. Multiple insiders on the forums even said they saw official designs that looked a lot like it. But it's...
