There's rumors about that they're making a new Cobra. Supposedly just a GTD with none of the fancy carbon fiber stuff or active aero, but we'll see if anything comes of it. Nothing official from Ford yet.
Thanks for admitting that you didn't actually read what I said.
Please remove head from ass and actually pay attention to what I said. Compare a Gt350 to a track spec Gt350, a GT500 to a track spec GT500, and your Supercharged GT to this track spec Supercharged GT and you'll see why a simple...
Cool now go look at what people say about the GT350 vs the GT350R on track or the GT500 vs the GT500 CFTP, and you'll see that power+tires =/= fast around a corner. Shelby does way more to the car that you'll have to do in turn if you want to match it on track.
Oh don't get me wrong, this is definitely not a good deal all things considered. Especially when you consider that for this price you could get a nearly top spec C8 Z06, and that will run circles around the shelby on any race track and have a (arguably) better interior.
My point was to just say...
Gonna be a bit hard to out perform it on anything that isn't a straight line for that cheap.
The supercharger and supporting power train components, aluminum hood, carbon fiber rear decklid, carbon fiber wing, forged magnesium wheels, Sure you can get those pretty easily. But they won't be...
money not a factor i would get the Dark Horse. Only reason i have a GT is because money was a factor.
i honestly dont like the mach1, the badge looks weird (not bad, just weird) on the S550 body, and the front end has just never looked good to me. I blame the fake fog light inserts in the...
Not a bad choice, personally I'd go with black for carbonized gray. Also a 255 on a 9.5 might look a bit stretched on a 9.5, I'd suggest upping to 275s if you're going with that.
thats also not the full story, the mileage seen there is the EOL situation for the fluid, but EVERY service interval says to check coolant and trans fluid.
My point about lowest bidder still stands though, after all I did do a deployment in Afghanistan with what can best be described as a smooth bore M4 because the army was too cheap to replace our old guns đź« .
In all honesty though, the impact here is so minor that I don't think it really matters...
I use the viofo A229 Pro, but that's a higher end model so if your on a budget it might be a bit too much. As far as the rear camera goes it's not hard at all, it's just double side clear adhesive to put it on the rear window and a long cable to run and plug into the front cam, some will try and...
No, that's because it's made by the lowest bidder using the cheapest materials to achieve the highest profit margin. Anyone whose fired an actual military M4 can tell you, even the plastic hand guard gets fucking hot if you grab it without your gloves on after a few rounds of BD1A.
i mean, its not much more expensive than the 2022 GT500 and theres not much that can be done to the GT500 to improve it short of new suspension (like the GTD) making it all or mostly carbon (like the GTD) developing an all new engine (like the GT3) or completely changing the mustangs design by...
my guess is 90-135k and it will basically be GTD without the carbon fiber body. theres a lot Ford can do to improve the performance of the top end car without throwing more power at it. then again Ford might also be looking at what Chevy is doing with the ZR1 and wanting to compete with that.
