  1. 2024 Mustang FORScan List / Database / Spreadsheet (by Livinitup)

let me just jump in and say that adding adaptive cruise control requires adding a cruise control module, which connects to the engine bay wiring harness. i dont know if vehicles without adaptive cruise control have the connector for it or not, but if not, that means buying a $900 engine bay...
  2. Whipple questions: warranty claims, stage 1/2

i did some digging and here is what i found about the warranty on the supercharger kit for stage 1: - there is a warranty on the supercharger kit's parts for 3 years or 36,000 miles/60,000 kilometers, whichever comes first - there is a powertrain warranty that is for 3 years or 36,000...
  3. Custom mode not working!

for some reason, this seems to a random issue that fixes itself. i had it myself, but it went away after i did an SCCM self-test. @Bluember24 had this issue and brought it to my dealer, but it went away on its own and the tech never saw the issue
  4. Forscan ACM - GT with B&O 12 speakers

only issue i have had with mine was i forgot the plug in the subwoofer after swapping out the tail lights
  5. Why's Ford not allowing people to tune the S650 Mustang?

dont count on tuning anytime soon. the 2024+ Mustang is what is called a "FNV" or Full Networked Vehicle, which is also what allows it to participate in OTA updates. the 2024 Mustang, along with the 2024 F-150, 2025 Expedition, 2025 Explorer, and other new Ford vehicles also have a new problem...
  6. Whipple questions: warranty claims, stage 1/2

i have not worked with Whipple, but from what a co-worker of mine who has has said, they are alright to deal with. i will ask him on Monday and report back. my dealer has installed 3 or 4 Ford Performance Whipple kits and have heard no issues about them, plus you really have to outright abuse...
  7. Feral Carbon Fiber

Feral Industries has proven to be non-responsive and unable to even ship the products they sell. Anderson Composites is more expensive, but a very reputable company and has three different styles of splitter to choose from...
  8. ignore

thread abandoned due to how massive of a task it was
  9. Amber DRL via forscan?

from what i heard, someone in saudi arabia has gotten amber drls to work, but is charging an unknown amount for it, and it supposedly only works on 2024 Job 2. from the video i have seen, it also seems to affect the welcome lighting, at least on the GT and EB lighting schemes. that last part...
  10. Amber DRL via forscan?

good spot, but i've tried these already. on something like a Bronco or Explorer, it would likely work, but the Mustang does not. though, i have only tried it on my 2024 Job 1. could you give it a try and report back?
  11. Amber DRL via forscan?

im gonna be doing a deep dive into module configuration stuff later today to see if i can track down where this thing could be, but it looks like the HCM and LDCMA/B is not the answer. this is frustrating. unrelated, but i just learned that 2025 Mustangs built after February 9th, 2025 no longer...
  12. Amber DRL via forscan?

we will have to see if this even goes anywhere. logic dictates that this is probably the key, but one thing Ford really hates is to do things logically sometimes. prime example: i had to order a brand new $1300 door panel for a new Raptor R that came in with same small scratches on one little...
  13. Amber DRL via forscan?

experimentation and trial and error are part of finding the hidden cool features of a new platform. even if it ended up doing nothing, you looked around and had an idea, and even though the idea resulted in nothing, you already did more than most other people do. most others wont experiment or...
  14. Amber DRL via forscan?

sorry to disappoint, but i think we are close to the answer now. i messaged Livinitup and i saw a few minutes ago that he was actively editing something on the spreadsheet. might be an HCM swap for 2024 Job 1 guys. if it is, here are some instructions on how to get to the HCM 1. Pry off this end...
  15. Amber DRL via forscan?

no dice, it seems that the Mustang's headlights work differently than every other ford, making all these generic features useless. the other thing also did nothing
  16. Amber DRL via forscan?

i will try it later, but i doubt it
  17. Amber DRL via forscan?

so, something i found thanks to another user bringing it up is that the S650 has 3 different versions of HCM i cant say for certain that this is the answer, but its a step in the right direction. using this i did some looking on my Mustang (built 8/14/2023), it has part NL1B-13C148-CD and...
  18. Ford Performance Oil Cooler Kit

$700, but will probably be much cheaper when its on places like Lethal Performance
  19. Ford Performance Oil Cooler Kit

Ford Performance has released their own oil cooler add-on kit for the 2024+ Mustang, using the same factory parts as any Mustang GT Performance Pack or Dark Horse. https://performanceparts.ford.com/part/M-6642-M50D The kit uses the same type of oil filter as usual in contrast to how MMR's kit...
  20. Rotary Forged vs Forged

my personal opinion: get flow form wheels. usually 66% or more cheaper than fully forged wheels, and will do just about everything forged wheels will do. honestly, you really should only get forged wheels if you are shaking and crying and overall a trembling mess at the thought of the wheels...
