  1. Expect more order delays!! Fire at major aluminum supplier

That plant makes sheet metal (which is made into body panels for the F150), not engine blocks. Supposed to affect 20-50,000 trucks according to the analysts.
  2. what is everyone using for tow hook?

My car is lowered and I get it on a flatbed without a hook just fine. The tow hooks are really just so you can pull it around the pits with a cart or whatever those cheap townhome are easily one time use if any force needs put on them or any weird angles get involved

  8. DIY: First Oil Change w/ Ramps

My local Penzoil only charges like $15 or $20 if you bring your own oil and filter. So if you have a local place you trust, ask them what they charge.
  9. DIY: First Oil Change w/ Ramps

I would argue it's more of a maintenance thing, if your injectors are dirty enough to be causing issues, pouring a bottle in the tank won't do much. They need to be removed and cleaned and put on a machine to test.
  10. DIY: First Oil Change w/ Ramps

He kind of has a point. Spend $1000 on a tune and device to get maybe 15 legit hp?
  12. Where does the 'brand' go from here?

There is no 'cheap 2 door v8' market anymore. Mustang is basically the only one left. BMW M2/M4 really isn't the same thing. I see the Nissan Z (2 door, 400hp) starts $4k less than the Mustang GT, but I can't think of anything else that would be a similar thing. There are some FWD/AWD things...
  13. Where does the 'brand' go from here?

13,000 over 3 years in the USA Sales numbers aside, it just wasn't that enticing.
  14. First production ESS S650 kit has arrived!

You could get a Paxton on the Shelby GT350's in the 1960's!
  15. Where does the 'brand' go from here?

Oh and let me rant about the Focus RS for a bit. I very briefly considered one, along with others I know. $40,000...pretty steep 350hp, 3400lbs, AWD, turbo 4 cylinder Slightly disappointing 13.5 @ 105mph. The Civic Type R would give you a run. And not much faster than a base WRX that cost...
  16. Where does the 'brand' go from here?

As cool as the Focus RS was they didn't sell that many
  17. Whipple Calibration On Hold

I usually ship in an enclosed trailer and not an open hauler, Miami to Ohio would be at least double that.
  18. Tuners for New build 25 Dark Horse

I would suggest joining a Coyote swap group like: https://www.facebook.com/groups/f100coyoteswaps ***NOTE: Not for use with any production F-150 or Mustang Coyote engine*** That's a Gen4X, it won't run the gen 4 from a Mustang You'd at the minimum have to replace the intake manifold to a...
  19. Whipple Calibration On Hold

How much was it to ship it back and forth? The Roush and Whipple are going to make the same power on the warranty stage 1.
