DON'T take it to the dealer. I just checked mine, had the same thing. as @Stang24 noted it's just a strip of rubber, just press up on it through the grill openings, you can feel it seat back in place, took 20 seconds.

It's all good, normal and with the A10 it will be more pronounced when letting off the accelerator and braking causing quick downshifts, especially in sport or track mode it will feel more aggressive

This is perfectly normal, I find in Normal Mode it will be most tame, though I love it in Track Mode, A10 downshifting, especially with paddles, pops are the most aggressive. I personally love the aggressive feel and sound, when I want to be quiet and smoother shifts I run Normal Mode with Quiet...
