Thanks. I am having trouble picturing all of this. Photos would help. An eleven inch wide wheel is really pushing it up front, which is why Ford stopped at 10.5 (and I think even then they stop the steering short, which gives the Dark Horse handling package a very wide turning radius). I am...
I get it - I thought you mentioned maybe tracking the car (which. you should! 😀 ), and to be honest it would track just fine with the wheels and tires you have.
It would reduce the lap times some to have wider wheels with those tires <--- only point
Looks great just the way it is in the...
PS - not crapping on your car.
Visually, I think it looks great, but I got my first car in the 80s, so I like the tall sidewall, fat tire stuffed in the wheel wells for drag racing look . . .
I am merely talking about track days and lap times.
the 305/35 19 has a tread width of 10.7" if it is the PZ4

That is not the ideal track set up for a ten inch wheel, but it will work very well if you upgrade to 11"...
You probably reduced the ability to stick to the road in turns by putting tires with too much tread on that width of wheel.
It is better to have the tread be slightly narrower than the wheel width.
If you want wider tires, and you want it actually to handle well, your lap times will be...
Ok, it is only 760 hp, though, at the flywheel, right?
I mean, that is an outrageously crazy amount of horsepower from the factory, especially back in 2019, when it first came out.
BUT - a stage 2 Whipple ought to put out 875 hp. And less weight. 4225 pounds is a lot.
DCT may cut some...
