  1. Front Camber Adjustable Camber Plate

No such thing as a rear camber plate.
  2. Rear Camber

If I were going to go through installing those, it would probably be better just to get adjustable camber arms and gain the benefit of stiffer bushings and easier adjustability at the same time (unless there is something I am missing).
  3. Rear Camber

Out of curiosity, where did you get that image? Is it some sort of shop manual? It makes adjusting the rear camber look absurdly easy.
  4. Rear Camber

fvinazdesert, you should definitely be posting here more. Thank you.
  5. Smell of Coolant

Just like my oil change. I called, they said, "We can do it tomorrow morning. How does 10, 10:30, or 11 sound?" "I'll see you at 10" "Ok, see you then."
  6. Smell of Coolant

Recalls are not on a three week wait, though. You can make an appointment to have that work done and show up on time and get the work done right there and then.
  7. Front Camber Adjustable Camber Plate

Odd that Ford would not have permitted more adjustment so long as they were going to install adjustable camber plates. What is the harm in allowing -3.0°?
  8. Front Camber Adjustable Camber Plate

Thank you! Finally an answer! That is the Track Addendum recommendation for the front for a track alignment, so it looks like they are recommending what is the maximum.
  9. Smell of Coolant

Sorry to repeat this question, but I know some of you have had warranty work performed. I see a couple responses above. I was hoping for some more responses before I go on the war path (which I am usually too quick to do). Three weeks before we can even look at it. You have to let us keep...
  10. Bad news & good news: engine replacement

When I realized it was not normal fluctuation and would hit the Min line in a few hundred miles. It is pretty difficult to find the Ford approved spec coolant at the brick and mortar stores. I ended up ordering the Motorcraft version from Rockauto.com, and paid for the 50% mixture. I know, I...
  11. Bad news & good news: engine replacement

Add coolant, take a photo, and wait. Check it every once in a while and take more photos.
  12. Bad news & good news: engine replacement

Ah, you sure did. Sorry. I have trouble remembering everything from months ago and connecting it when I see something posted months later.
  13. Smell of Coolant

Yeah, three weeks minimum is not for the fix. That is just the wait to get it in to look at it and see what is wrong so that they can figure out what to fix.
  14. 2025 GT engine oil temp runs hot

Wow, you are not kidding about a long road trip with a trailered track car. South Georgia to New York.
  15. 2025 GT engine oil temp runs hot

Yep. The oil is cooler than the ECU makes it appear on your display. Maybe the market is too small for some enterprising young entrepreneur to come up with a viable solution for the aftermarket.
  16. Alignment Shops

Does anybody know of any performance or track oriented alignment shops not too terribly distant from Atlanta that could set up a good track alignment on a Dark Horse?
  17. Rear Camber

0 is great for the drag strip, but I was asking to see if I could get -2.0° or so . . .
  18. Front Camber Adjustable Camber Plate

The Track Use Addendum says to set it at -2.25°, but we all know that is not enough, so how far will it go? -2.5°? -3.0°?
  19. Front Camber Adjustable Camber Plate

How much front camber can you get in the S650 Dark Horse using the Ford camber plate?
  20. Rear Camber

How much adjustment for negative rear camber is available in the S650, and how do you do it? Do you need to add aftermarket pieces like a rear camber bar to get to go more negative?
