No such thing as a rear camber plate.

If I were going to go through installing those, it would probably be better just to get adjustable camber arms and gain the benefit of stiffer bushings and easier adjustability at the same time (unless there is something I am missing).

Out of curiosity, where did you get that image? Is it some sort of shop manual? It makes adjusting the rear camber look absurdly easy.

Odd that Ford would not have permitted more adjustment so long as they were going to install adjustable camber plates. What is the harm in allowing -3.0°?

Yeah, three weeks minimum is not for the fix. That is just the wait to get it in to look at it and see what is wrong so that they can figure out what to fix.
