Was able to get these today. Been running around for a week looking and no luck. Just decided to buy them from someone since it wasnāt worth all the gas anymore lol. Got a good deal too.
I mean what are the conditions you were in to cause this? Many vehicles have drilled and slotted and work well. Iāve had them and no issues. There are variable that can cause this for sure but also these rotors can last a good while too
interesting you had issues putting it online Jack stands. I didnāt have a problem but i do have jacking rails now. But yea the plastic fasteners arenāt needed. Iāve got over 22k miles without them and no issues
Says it could matter? Could? You running your mouth about a hypothetical without any solid data? š Yea it doesnāt matter cause you just keep running your mouth about some ifs and have offered no data to counter that prefilling actually does anything. If you canāt prove Iām wrong then what more...
Rofl. You havenāt even proven anything to warrant an argument. You just said hey look a video on YouTube. So i donāt need an argument when you yourself have none. Just spewing nonsense. Itās not proven to cause an issue and you havenāt shown where it does. So again provide something until then...
provided data? š oh one guy with a YouTube channel. Vs countless millions of automobiles. Got it, thatās no data š
āYour data doesnāt fit what i say so you are wrongā-Rijndael
there is no data that shows not prefilling does any damage. You can do it if you want to have the warm and fuzzies. But thatās all it does. You do realize too every engine part should be coated in oil anyways and again itās not a standard practice and itās not anywhere that says you must or else.
im not worried over 20 years of not doing it and knowing many car people who donāt and not once seeing any information that says to or you should. Only hearing some people have on forums. Plus you canāt even prefil on several vehicles because of the filter or angle of the filter.
