Just about any decent one will do and as long as you don’t put a lot of pressure on the wash pad. Good soap is a must and pre rinse the heavy dirt off first. Most scratches occur when drying not washing.

That’s some tough plastic. My 05 and ‘13 vehicles had crack front fender liners by a couple of the screws. Never had to remove them. Maybe the temp fluctuations from 100’s to sub zero winters had an effect

Hopefully these cars aren’t as finicky as some Gm cars. Solstice snd Sky’s were very finicky to battery issues and electronics. Even if the battery tested good albeit on the low end all kinds of issues could arise. However our stock battery lasted 14 years so I can’t complain.
