Fourth of July came and went! Our family went up to Lake George to enjoy the holiday, but I managed to sneak in the install of my Diode Dynamics map light module, and I have to say, I'm very impressed. DD's kit arrived promptly in good shape, and contained the module itself in a static bag...
But it does do something a tune would otherwise do: pedal/throttle mapping. Between this and Foreskin (forscan), it's a nice Tuner-Lite while we wait for HPTuners to package a working crack to fix this, tire size/speedometer, and other niggling issues.
Sigh, I bought one. I'm sure I'll regret it when we can finally tune, but for now this is a pretty good band aid. First gear in Sport is sluggish as hell, though I could turn the nannies off...
