  1. So this just happened ☹️

Fingers crossed for a good outcome.🤞🏻
  2. So this just happened ☹️

Hope for the best in getting this fixed. That rock probably was on the roof of his cab from when he loaded. I dread those belly dumpers like the plague. I will move over 3 lanes when possible. Keep us posted on how it works out.
  3. 2025 Mustang GT engine oil capacity

This has been questioned many times. Like Skye said use the stick. I put in 9.5QTS stick reads in the middle between full and low holes. I add 1/2QT stick reads full. I have changed oil twice on my PP GT. Very simple way to verify oil level.
  4. Bad Curb Rash

Research a good mobile wheel repair service. Here in AZ we have some great wheel repair places. Some of the exotic wheels up in Scottsdale cost thousands of dollars and they get damaged just like our stangs.
  5. Review: Ford Performance Track Lowering Springs - S650 GT

@gright99 I have never been a fan of black wheels but your choice is perfect on your stang. The finish and style are great.
  6. Gross rotors (rust)!

Rust will be gone after a short drive. Any high carbon/iron rotor will rust. This should not be concerning issue.
  7. Battery tender options for storage?

If the car is not driven for what I think is 14 days it will go into a deep sleep mode whether a battery maintainer is used.
  8. Stalling wear on clutch

Not very much as some side stepping the clutch at 3 or 4k rpm. Just don't do it continually where it get hot and you smell it. That can cause glazing.
  9. Road Noise

https://www.secondskinaudio.com/ I used it with their base and topper Damplier Pro on my 2011. Before I used it you couldn't hold a normal conversation and the Shaker 1000 sounded poor. After doing it under the rear seats and full trunk area it made a huge difference. It was quite a bit of...
  10. Road Noise

Not sure if your running Pirelli P zero's. My experience has been that as they wear they will get annoyingly noisy. With the latest design they might have improved this but I doubt it. On my 2011 they got so bad I thought I had a differential problem. We will see how things go on my 2024 PP.
  11. Question about center display

I believe you need an Ai box. I don't think Ford software can do this wihout a box.
  12. Vapor Blue with White Strips?

Maybe a thin stripe of a darker shade of blue outlining the main stripe.
  13. *not* cracked engine coolant tank lid, it just looks this way

Wow. This was discovered many moons ago on the S650 24's. It was discussed quite extensively. Conclusion was mold seams. One can find the same type seams on some headlights/tailights.
  14. 25C43 Water Intrusion Recall

Certification Requirement: Technicians must be certified in the STST Competency 10 FSA for the claim to be paid and accepted. This was an original requirement for dealer to get paid. They might still give it off to a knuckle dragger for initial inspection.
  15. Blank Instrument Panel Display

I think there is a software update for this.
  16. 2 Strikeouts with SVE wheels 😅. Going for a third.

Is it possible shipper is wanting FedEx to pay for the damage and shipping garbage? Most time they should be in plastic bags. Someone might not have pulled them out for inspection from the bags. Looking at the images I don't see that happening if they had cardboard around them. If the outside...
  17. 2024+ Mustang GT Air Intake Filters

I would think the area you drive as well as miles. Here in the AZ desert there is plenty of dust. Back east lots of pollen. Having salt spray from the Car in front might tend to dry and effect filtering. Cleaning isn't a big deal.
  18. Ceramic Coating Opinions

I am extremely picky. I know paint correction and paint needing such. When I saw my car as soon as it was off the truck coming from the train yard I was horrified. Doing deail I was ready to knuckle down and make the car pristine. The dealar did a great job. My sales girl said that they...
  19. 265/285 width tires on stock PP wheels?

If one stays with the manufacturers tire and wheel width specs you should be good. Never go outside of that as handling/tire wear will result. In the past I have always gone up one size with zero issues. Ford as well as other manufacturers will put the middle size tires vs rims to save $...
