First, first it is FA. We know about their āleakedā information now.
Second, it is pricier, worse-looking and more restrictive than a Mach 1 HP? Nah, Iām good.
The real model to look for is the DH S or R. Those Iām really curious about, and may need to add to the stable, if all is good.
Agreed. Instead Ford just moved on to the Predator engine in GT500 and the Mach 1 HP with the Coyote. Both being very reliable.
As Iāve said, the GT350 was beta testing for the Mach 1 HP and GT500. And both came out š. Even Ford alluded to this.
I'm intrigued about the DH S or R. Maybe they saved the best designs for these two models. If they look great and have the performance, I'm adding one to the stable.
It's the GT and regular DH that are underwhelming.
Wrong. The GT350 was beta testing by Ford. Everything learned from the GT350 was improved and applied to the GT500 and Mach 1 HP. This is why the GT500 doesnāt the have the reputation of being unreliable like the GT350.
Ford has stated many times that everything learned from 2015+ GT350 was...
I kinda doubt it. Ford introduced a brand new moniker with the Dark Horse (could have been a Boss 302), as to usher in the EV era for Mustangs. Plus, they are also introducing the Dark Horse S and R, which are supposed to be race-ready versions. I do see the S and R being the equivalent to what...
The DH should outperform both the Mach 1 HP and GT350/R (usually the case for newer models). Is it worth the price difference, coupled with the new car amenities? Remains to be seen.
I vastly prefer the interior/exterior design of the S550. Now the Dark Horse S/R is very intriguing.
It's better than the exterior for sure. I'd bet we'll see it in a fully electric Mustang (not Mach-E) very soon. It's designed with that in mind.
Funny thing is that all the interior images show the speedometer with a max 140 MPH, instead of the usual 160 MPH.
The front-end is ugly, even compared to a Mopar. I'm still not sold on the Camaro body lines, and I like the 6th gen Camaros. The taillights are too subdued. On top of add a locked ECU with encrypted "full stacks", and this S650 is unappealing in all areas.
Oh wait, the not all areas, the full...
