Mine did the same thing over a year ago and found out that it was the passenger rear seat latches. Put the seat down and see if the noise stops, if it does try lubricated them and see if it disappears.

I doubt it, as it's just a cover and filters. The newest one on the market is SPE Motorsport Performance.

I received 2 from Ford. First one contained the tow hook and some other goodies and then about 2 weeks ago received the one shown in the post. All Dark Horse owners are receiving these. Dealer doesen't no anything, if you ask them you get the, no clue.
If you have the 2024 it should be ok but in my case it was pinched around the hood strut. 2023 and below if you put on aftermarket struts then you need to relocate the line. Just drilled another hole in the hood and used the exesting push pin.
Ford dealer has no procedures from Ford on how to remove the PCV Valve. They put a collar on to prevent people from removing it. If you have an issue with the PCV valve then Ford has to replace the valve cover assembly, that's crazy.
So Ford put a collar around the PCV valve it should twist counterclockwise to remove but still no luck. I'll go to the dealer and see what method they use to remove it.
