If the build and price is correct, the only way you can get Magneride with the DHSC is to bump up to the 970A package for a cool $36,500? Kind of crazy that it wouldn't be a stand alone option or honestly should even come standard on the 950A base package.

The Dark Horse SC comes standard with MagneRide dampers with the latest software baked in. It also features revised springs with firmer rates, new stabilizer bars, updated front and rear knuckles, and modified front control arms. Under the hood, Ford installs a lightweight magnesium strut tower brace.

The available Track Package gives the MagneRide dampers a Track Pack-specific calibration, which Ford built around the package’s 20-inch carbon-fiber wheels. Ford worked with Michelin to develop the SC’s custom Pilot Sport Cup 2 R tires, with carbon-ceramic brakes from the GTD, measuring 16.5 inches in the front and 14.5 inches in the rear.

As MadMax mentioned, MagneRide is standard. You're paying for a Track Package specific calibration.

That makes more sense, thanks. I didn't see MagneRide listed anywhere in the 950A. They really should make that clearer. Not that I could afford this car anyway, but it's nice to dream what my build would be.

Long time lurker, first time poster..........

I have owned Mustangs in the past, nothing newer than a 1986. Fell into Corvettes and been there ever since. Currently own a 1991 ZR-1 and a 2010 ZR1.......... I tend to hold on to my cars, not for investment purposes. But because they are fast, fun, and analog.

But, my damn neighbors have recently picked up a S550 Cali special and another down the street has a Darkhorse. Both beautiful and incredible sounding cars. I have long thought of selling my '91 ZR-1 as a down payment on a new Mustang............And this DHSC is just sticking in my head 😜

Been thinking of maybe the new Corvette Grand Sport, as they would probably be the same price wise out the door [ not included stupid markups ] base model to base model........ But DAMN!!!! Both the C8 GS and this DHSC get sooooooo pricey when adding options.

I rather have the DHSC, as being on the Corvette forums, everyone seems to be trading in or trading up for the GS or GS-X. I think the SC will be a rarer car, and a little bit more usable........

DAMN YOU FORD!!!!!!! Now my day is shot playing with the build and price tool..........1st world problems suck lol!!

Yeah, it's a cool $100k car. That price is out of the Mustang's league.
