G force axle driver side only?

I want to replace just my driver side axle ($) and eventually will replace the passenger side. Since the drivers side is the one that usually breaks. Do you think doing that will cause uneven axel wrap up since it will be much larger than the passenger side? I’m running a Whipple stage one I thought about running GT 350 axles, but I live too far away to risk a tow.😀

That is exactly what I did, put a GT350 axle in the driver side. I keep the spare GT350 axle and stock axle as extras in the garage, car makes over 800 wheel, never had a problem (but I don’t race as often)

Do you have a automatic or manual?
Also, how many passes have you ran on those 350 axles? I have read that in 2020 Ford upgraded the manual Mustangs with a driver side axle with a 350 axle as stock which means I could buy one from Ford a lot cheaper than going to Ford racing since I can just buy the driver side only. Man, your car looks cool squatting in the back and launching like that. I love that spoiler that really is a cool color on these Mustangs.

Automatic, as far as I know, only the GT350 has these axles, GT500s are even beefier but different length.

I got mine for $399 iirc, was worth it, if I snap one it’s not a big deal, been breaking axles since the 90’s 28 spline sticks.
